“Had a brilliant time at the pad however, the pad needs a little TLC. patio doors were unable to open planks of wood pushed on the runners. Toilet seats not attached to toilet. Drainage to shower on 3rd floor very poor and also toilet. Only one mirror to all the bedrooms and not enough small plates and bowls for 17 people. The pad cannot be described as a luxury pad.”

“The Pad on the Park was perfectly suited for all our stag do needs. It is situated close enough to the city centre for it to not be annoying to go back and forth to the property. The beds were all comfortable, the living room was great for watching the rugby and dining area ideal for big group meals. Warren, the owner, was exceptionally helpful with suggestions for our nights out and even at the final hour made some calls to make the activities I had planned even better for the group. I would recommend the property to anyone organising a stag do, it really was everything I wanted for the weekend.”
