“We chose this house for a friends get together as we wanted a big house, with indoor pool and with ensuite bedrooms. The house is just as depicted on the website, even better when you see it. The Housekeeper, Emma, was very helpful in arranging check in and showing us round. The sitting areas are spacious and allow for people to sit quietly reading or to gather in a large group. The kitchen is fantastic with loads of room and plenty of crockery and glasses. Great to have a separate bar area as well. The pool is gorgeous and perfectly heated. The bedrooms are all large with good bathrooms and the beds and linen of very good quality. The location is perfect for amazing views of Lulworth Cove and for local walks such as Durdle Door. We had a catered evening and used Beales from Poole who were fantastic. Overall we loved the house and would definitely like to return. For a weekend with friends it's so much more personal than a hotel. Thank you to all the team at Kate & Tom's for their help. A & N”

“The house exceeded our expectations and Emma's relaxed and welcoming introduction to our holiday set the level for the whole week. The only thing that would have been helpful is two portable stair gates for use from ground floor to first floor and ground floor to the pool. With toddlers, someone had to be on guard most of the time!. 5+ stars.”

“We stayed there over the may bank holiday with our children and grandchildren. There were 16 of us, aged from 4 to 69! There was everything we needed for a fun weekend, the pool was the biggest one we had seen in a private house, bigger than some spas! We have stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare and cook meals, two hobs, two large fridges, two dishwashers! Which all were very efficient and very useful! The beds were so comfy and showers spacious and all very modern. The views from the house were amazing and a short walk to the Cove. Lovely ice cream shop in the village and a small shop. We had food delivered from Sainsburys which was helpful for such a big family. The sun terrace was huge with plenty of seats and tables to enjoy the bbq outside. We will be coming back again as soon as we can, perhaps a week or some more short breaks. It was great having ensuite facilities for each of the 10 bedrooms, no queuing for the Loos! The only drawback was the double beds in every room, when two granddaughters had to share which would have been easier if the beds were zip linked so to become singles! But the house is wonderful and very modern but comfortable for large family getogethers or celebrations! We will be returning ! June and Derek Comerford and family.”
