“This property was just perfect for our extended family get together post Christmas. The place is a bit quirky but that made it all the more enjoyable. A great location for Stratford Upon Avon, Warwick and a number of National Trust properties also near by. Kitchen and dining facilities were good and the lovely large lounge was great for us all playing games and sitting in the evenings chatting. Bedrooms were adequate not very large and the lack of double duvets was a little strange since we had couples rather than singles in some of the rooms but no real issue. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the housekeeper who we met was very polite and chatty. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. It was nice to have direct contact with the owner who phoned me about a week before our arrival and gave me his number in case of any problems.”

“From start to finish our experience booking and staying in Elephant and Castle was an absolute delight. The team at Kate & Tom's are amazing, so helpful, efficient and friendly, and the house itself was just beautiful and had everything we needed for a perfect weekend celebrating my sisters Hen Party. The owner Adam is lovely and gave us a tour upon check in, providing all the necessary information and historical tit bits of the house. The interior décor is quirky and gorgeous and the gardens and hot tub get a big thumbs up from us! I highly recommend Kate & Toms for a great booking experience and staying in Elephant and Castle. I can't express how fab everything was enough! Thank you all.”

“We stayed at Elephant & Castle for my best friends hen and the house was just perfect for what we needed! Plenty of rooms (and bathrooms) for 16 girls, two kitchens for when we had caterers in, ample living room space and even a bar to dance some of the night away. There was more than enough equipment for all of us and it was a beautiful location. Thank you so much to Adam who kindly checked us in and trusted us with his house! :)”
