“We enjoyed an excellent family Christmas at Eastlands 2018. The website was accurate and we found all we expected. the house is in a beautiful location and well equipped for a large family gathering. The master suite was particularly suitable for our family with a new set of twins and a 2 1/2 year old toddler affording them space peace and quietness from the rest of the bedrooms. The family kitchen priced ideal for family meals with little ones and space for board games on the good sized kitchen table. Only 1 suggestion would be to provide some smaller sized pans for cooking small children's food eg boiling an egg. All pans were for much larger quantities which of course were perfect for bigger family meals. The provision of children's dishes and cutlery proved invaluable. The estate manager Aidie was exceptionally friendly welcoming and helpful. please revise your information pack with his name and telephone number. The info we printed off was the previous housekeeper. The team at Kate and Tom's were extremely pleasant and very helpful yo deal with in the planning and preparation stage and responded to all questions and emails swiftly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in using Kate and Tom's again and thank the team for their support and help. Moira Frizzell. Edinburgh”

“Perfect size venue, very clean, lots of activities for children. We had a small issue, but it was dealt with quickly and effectively. Gardens were fantastic for an Easter egg hunt!”

“It is a beautiful spacious house enabling larger groups to enjoy a ;little of their own space when required whilst at the same tome being able to sit down together comfortably for meals, conversations etc. The grounds around the house are enormous and enabled the younger members of our family group to have great fun exploring and playing together. The bedrooms are all large and well decorated with good en suite facilities and there is a great well equipped kitchen that allowed everyone to join in at meal times without getting in each others way. I can recommend this property without any reservation as everyome of our group had a most amazing time.”
