“It’s comfortable but not as firm as I’d like although it’s described as firm it doesn’t really support your neck as I hoped having the 10cm sides they just flatten so I’ll have to use it with another pillow on top it’s a shame that pillows aren’t returnable once tried I’m sure there are thousands of unused pillows being stored around the country! So it’s ok but doesn’t solve my side sleeping neck ache problem”
