“Do not waste your money buying these pillows. On JustLinen website the picture says they are soft/medium but on Fine Bedding website they are advertised as Medium. They are in fact very very soft and would not support the spine or keep the neck in alignment. They are very flat so no good for back sleepers or side sleepers as the head goes straight down to the mattress. I wanted these to replace my old feather pillows that I have had for years but these pillows are even softer than the ones I wanted to replace them with. BEWARE if you are thinking of trying them you can return them but at your expense which is expensive. The Company sends them in a large box and wants them returned in the same packaging”
