Hi I'm really perplexed as you market your products as made in England and there is a strong emphasis on the 'heritage' of your duvets so can you clarify why on opening the packaging of a king size duvet made by your company that a label was attached that said it was 'Made in China' ?
I purchased the Norfolk Feather Duck Down 10.5 Tog duvet through Dawson's Linens & did so after visiting your website first to check out the product. I was reassured it was a quality product after reading that it was made in England by a family firm and the feathers and down were ethically sourced locally.
I was unpleasantly surprised on unpacking the quilt, which arrived yesterday from Dawsons, to find the 'Made in China' label attached to the quilt.
I would not have bought this product if I knew it was made in China as I believed the information on your website & product packaging that it was made locally by a family firm with ethically sourced feathers and down.
I really feel you ought to ensure that your marketing information does not continue to mislead potential customers many of whom who like me will be shocked to find this is untrue / misleading and I presume not permissible under current consumer legislation.
