“We have always used the Wood Smoke candle (large hourglass jar) during cooking. In particular, when caramelising onions, slightly stir fry some vegetables (okra, Karela or turnip) before putting these in the meat once it has become tender. Wood Smoke is ideal for us as it cuts the smell very effectively.”
