“Only had it for a day and while it is adequate, and works well, it does seem to lack the quality of other products. The rubber grip attracts the shavings and they aren't easy to remove, but it's ok. One thing that really bothered me is the lack of secure packing in the box. the items were rattling arounfd in the box! I phoned Wahl customer service to ask if this was how it should be and they confirmed, saying anything that needs protection would have it. This product has delicate blades, combs and different fairly delcate heads. the only protection was a couple of plastic bags containing the items. I think that it is quite possible something could have been damaged in transit. My guess is that Wahl find it cheaper to deal with a few damages than to package correctly, but as a customer I find this attitude insulting. Surely some sort of cardboard tray to hold all items securely wouldn't add that much to the price and I would prefer to pay a bit more rather than potentially having the inconvenience of having soemthing damaged.”
