“I can’t comment on the product as it arrived damaged. The perfume box was perfect but when you lift it up you can hear something inside the box has broken. It rattles loudly. This is for a gift. I have tried many times to get a refund. I have asked to return it. I even sent a video but had no response. Very disappointed with the customer service.”
