“Tried it first at night, woke up with my under-eye area extra dry and puffy. Next time tried mornings, used for under-eye and forehead wrinkles. It leaves a non-matte finish, which is pretty visible, but the skin with it feels really soft. Also realized post-purchase, this particular VT eye cream isn’t suitable for my needs (dark under-eye). The vibration feels stronger on the stick, than on the tip.”
