“I am currently on a reduction diet and also do a lot of sport. I need a large amount of good quality protein. I know that everyone loses collagen every day and replenishing it is essential, especially if you have a lot of physical exercise.Vital Proteins is the perfect, collagen-based answer to my needs. I use it daily, preferably in the form of nutritional shakes based on plant milk, to which I add fruit or vegetables. It is tasteless, so it blends in perfectly with all tastes. “I love how convenient and easy for it to mix with my morning drinks! It mixes with my coffee instantly without altering the taste and it doesn't form any clumps which is excellent for a busy morning.. I have also noticed that my hair looks shinier, thicker and softer. My nails used to be brittle and I have noticed it grows faster and stronger.. My skin looks healthier and my colleagues have mentioned I look "Fresher" I am very pleased with the results and I will definitely continue buying!”

“Love this. It’s versatile and can be thrown into basically anything! I’ve been mixing mine with my morning coffee and the only difference is it makes it feel slightly thicker to drink. I’ve noticed my hair and nails have seemed much healthier since using it, haven’t noticed a difference in my skin yet. Will definitely keep using it.”

“So easy to use in hot drinks without affecting flavour, if anything it makes my tea creamier, have also added to a milkshake. I have found an improvement in my palmoplantar psoriasis which is great, as well as my nails improving. I have found my skin is better generally too”

“This is a supplement and not a medication. In my opinion to see the real outcome of using it, I should have used at least half of the container. I have noticed some few effects, but I need to carry on using Collagen for some longer time.”
