“As advertised. My hair is softer, straighter for longer, and shines whereas when I was using my old/traditional ceramic etc straighteners my hair could be frizzy, and would need straightening more often.”

“just did my first hair straightening and I have never used anything better. I have short frizzy hair and this was so quick, just make sure you follow the directions of the downward arrows on the plates. I hope it has a long life because I can't imagine not using it now!”
