“This products really good. Taste wise it’s not bad If you are serious about getting your weight down. 250 miles of skimmed milk, 2 scoops of powder in a shaker - keeps me full for 3 hours. You can add ice & blend if you want to make it thicker. You need to have two of these breakfast & lunch. I have a yogurt or applex2 or large oranges to help if I’m having a hungry day. Then one light meal. If you add in exercise it will help you lose more weight. Think this is a great way to love weight personally. You just need to be disciplined”
