“Unfortunately I found it so hard to even get the product out of the bottle I couldn't really tell if it was as good as the shampoo, eventually after banging the bottle hard on my hand a small amount got to the top but so thick you couldn't squeeze it out, wondering if it was a faulty product, I have failed to contact Redken to find out. I wouldn't recommend it unless it was put in a tub instead of the bottle”
