“This looks great when you first put it on but once dried, it is still tacky to touch. So, if you’re like me and brush / rub your eyes every now and then, you end up with the lashes clumping together looking like you have big fat spider legs coming out of your eye lids. Not the look I was going for. I’ll spend the extra and go back to No. 7 Stay Perfect tubing Mascara.”
