“I don't do reviews but this time I think I have too. I wasn’t too impressed, I opened it with excitement and turns out something wrong with it. Doesn’t grip very tight, you have to hold it properly and has a burnt smell when I turned it on. Never use it. I emailed customer service right away for return, but seems like your customer service is poor as well. Where can I return this product and get my refund please!”
