“Excellent straightener. Bought to replace the same model I have owned previously for several years, but unfortunately the cable finally wore through so I had to buy a new one. Relieved I could still get the same model as it's the only one I've used that will straighten my VERY thick hair!”

“Straighteners are ok but are wider than what I’ve bought in the past. When I asked to return them as my hair is very short, I was told I had to pay pp which is disgusting bearing mind the weight of them. If you had put measurement of width I would not have bought them. Got no satisfaction from your customer service”
