“I ordered this as my hair was thinning and thought it would be help. When reading the information sheet I discovered that this product would be not suitable for me. I returned it for a refund but has been refused due to me opening the box and saying for hygiene purposes I cant have a refund even though I didnt open the product itself. So please all make sure you get all the information you need before buying from this site.”
