“The shampoo is great and I have used it for 20 years but it arrived in an envelope and the pump had snapped off during delivery.”

“The bottle’s pump dispenser arrived broken. Luckily it was still useable. The packing of the product was completely plastic. Bag and bubble wrap. Plus it wasn’t suitable to protect the quite heavy bottle in the post. A cardboard box would have been much better, for the bottle and the environment. The shampoo itself is very good. Mild enough to use every day but clears up the flaky scalp after continued use.”

“Only product that has worked for my daughter. Good price when on offer and for the larger size. Need to use regularly for it to work rather than mixing with other shampoo.”
