“The set is just what I wanted for my daughter. However, delivery took much longer than the two days quoted! No communication at all from Just My Look about despatch and customer service is a joke, there is none! It's automated AI responses. I've used this company a few times, prices are very competitive, items arrived quickly with frequent communication in the beginning but it was a different story with this latest order and customer service was useless. I doubt I'll be using them again and I've kept all the AI emails in case they try to have my review taken down!!”
