“My hair became dry and felt like it had a sticky residue with this oil, as did my daughters. It seemed to suck the moisture out and leave the ends dry and the roots clogged. My hairdresser has experience of this happening to each client he's had that uses it. Very sad as the shampoos are amazing.”

“I’ve not been as impressed with this product as I had hoped I would be. I have dry and thin hair (probably from over colour and straightening!!) but hoped it would help smooth the ends a little. Not so much and I’ve gone back to my old brand….”
