“I use it as a blue topper more because it’s a bit to light to use a highlighter, that’s why I’ve only given it 3 stars because I’m only a light medium and it’s too light. It is really pretty and glowy, it has shimmer but isn’t crazy glittery if you use it as a blush topper gives your cheeks such a pretty glow”
