“Product was excellent. My new favourite. Delivery however was dreadful, hence one star deducted, although that was all down to Royal Mail. Should have been 2-3 days. Royal Mail "tracked 48" estimated delivery as 11-12 Oct: excellent. Then Royal Mail confirmed 12 Oct: still excellent. However it didn't arrive until 14 Oct: disappointing and so much for "tracked 48".”
