“I've only used this once so it's too early to assess the results. I used it as per K18's second option..wash and towel dry hair. Apply 3 pumps one pump at a time. Leave for 4 minutes. Apply conditioner, then rinse off. I could not live without conditioner, I have very long hair, the ends are old and need lots if rich hair mask treatments. I would not use this as per the initial way K18 were instructing with no conditioner”

“I have used it for 3 washes now, its a hard product to work with. After bleaching my hair is very knotted and without a conditioner (because you are meant to skip) this product is not a replacement for a msk or a conditioner. Olaplex no. 3 allows you to use conditioner after, and no.8 is an actual mask. This is a leave in treatment that I purchased because my hairdresser suggested it but I have not seen it make a difference yet. I emsulsify it and use 2-3 pumps but its a nightmare to style after even after a lot of leave in conditioner.”

“Very good hair mask ,I would advise you just to use 2 pumps for shoulder length hair and 3 for longer,as I over pumped and had to re wash my hair due to over use,it's a lot of money though but very good,especially once you use hair straightners on it ,my hair has never felt this way before”
