“I've only used this once. The instructions say to leave in your hair for 1-4 hours before washing. I left it in overnight and it was fine. Washed my hair twice to remove it all thoroughly. It did feel smoother. I need to use it for a few more weeks to see if it makes a difference to hair growth.”
