“Love this product. I have very fine, dry and once over plucked eyebrows. I use this product before blow drying my hair, which helps to keep them from losing moisture. I then add an eyebrow tint on top. The effect is a nicely shaped brow. So easy to use as well with the brush. Great product and will continue to buy it while ever it is available.”
