“I’ve been taking these capsules for 2 months now and have noticed and increase in hair growth from where I have lost hair from being postpartum. These capsules seem to work great for renewing hair growth but not for general hair growth so if you want them for postpartum hair loss I would recommend but not if you want them for general hair growth. They are easy to take but wish you got more in a tub as there’s only 30 days worth which means you need to order them every month.”
