What was your main skin concern when you bought this? Ageing
I have the 0.1% also (which I now use) but bought this in case the higher strength was too much for my skin. Love the formulation and no sensitivity.

It feels nice on the skin and smells nice too. I bought it for the retinoid content, which is aimed at preventing further fine lines. It is too soon to say if this works, but fingers crossed.

I first tried Tretinoin as a low percentage via Skin + Me, and i suffered the dreaded 'purge' and couldn't tolerate my skin coming up in huge volcano looking spots so I stopped using it. I then saw a dermatologist on social media recommending this Retinal, and with it's great list of ingredients, I decided to give it a go...and I've not been disappointed. My skin prior to using this was rough, with very visible sebaceous filaments, acne marks, red in areas, oily and is generally very sensitive. Within 8 weeks a lot of this has calmed down. My skin feels really smooth, sebaceous filaments are not as visible, acne marks are fading, oiliness has improved, as has the redness in my skin. I have also been using the Purito Centella Unscented serum & Mediheal Madecassoside blemish pads during the day, and use this Retinal alongside the Skin + Me Sensitive moisturiser at night (started off using it every 3 nights doing the sandwich method, and then every other night after 3 weeks) and my skin has been so much better, and I'm pretty sure the bulk of the improvements have been because of this Retinal. I've only had the one large spot that came up, but it went down fairly quickly and is now fading again with continued use of this. Highly recommend this Retinal to improve the skin problems I've mentioned above and for sensitive skin.

So far so good! I have started quite slowly since I received it, but I have to say it’s very gentle. I have not experienced any irritation whatsoever applying only a pea size amount for my entire face. It is quite yellow, but it absorbs very fast and I have not seen any staining on my pillow. My skin looks nice and soft in the morning (maybe placebo as I have just started it!), but also no redness at all. I have combination skin with rosacea, so quite sensitive - I alternate the A-Game with Azelaic Acid in the PM. Hopefully it keeps going well and can move up to the next percentage once I have finished this.
