“The product itself is excellent, and at least for me, the quality and performance are very good. I’m also happy with your service. However, there is one issue that puts me off every time I use it: the packaging is very poor and impractical. During use, the container and surrounding area always get messy, and the product doesn’t dispense properly or cleanly. This is a major flaw that really affects the overall experience. I just wanted to bring this to your attention, as improving the packaging would make a big difference.”

“The product itself is really good however the packaging it comes in is not fit for purpose. The mechanics of the trigger press doesn’t work effectively so the clay doesn’t come out of the opening at the top. You end up having to press the inner tube upwards by hand to release the paste. Not sure if I would order another one for this reason as it’s the third one I’ve had.”

“Service from Just My Look was great, parcel turned up on time and the price was fair. The pump mechanism was broken though, so I couldn't use it. Not the supplier fault as it was clearly a manufacturing issue.”
