“This product is not waterproof, tried some on my hand, let it dry and then washed my hand with water only and it came away.”

“This is seriously the best waterproof eyeliner I've ever used. I didn't expect much as it's so reasonable and I only brought one as a spare to keep in my bag. That was over two years ago and I haven't used any other brand since. It stays on all day and doesn't clog or dry up. I'm a total convert.”
