“I've read some great reviews about this mascara but didn't think such a low priced item could be that good. Decided to try some Essence things when on 3for2 offer, this mascara being the first I tried. Unfortunately I found it to be no more than average in performance. In fact flakes were dropping onto my cheeks whilst applying it to upper lashes. It also clumped a bit but I find most mascaras to be a bit too wet when new regardless of make/price. On the plus side I didn't get panda eyes (which is my main bugbear) but I didn't apply to lower lashes. Good for the price but not the best mascara out there.”
