“Unfortunately I received the wrong product, I ordered dolce & gabbana femme and I received the “pour homme” version. I requested a product exchange, I am in the process of returning it now, I hope I receive the correct product even if it is delayed… I am extremely pleasantly surprised by the customer service, they responded promptly and elegantly regarding the product exchange, at no additional cost. I recommend this site, I have ordered many times, without problems, so I am not upset about this minor incident”
