“Expect to get what you pay for. Product so soft it broke but it made it easy to blend and pigment not bad. Delivered on time, Customer service appalling. Received a used swatched make up palette with no seal at the same time. I send photos but they denied there was a problem and I can't seem to arrange a refund or exchange. It's been a week now. All other products ordered were received in good order though.”
