“Product arrived to me smashed (bottle is made from glass) with product making a mess and leaking everywhere therefore was swiftly put in the bin. I contacted customer service who advised i had to return the product to receive a refund. my bins were since collected and it was dangerous. As I could not do this, despite pics of the product destroyed, I was left without a refund and without a product. very poor!”
