“I will be getting in touch with Amazon to arrange collection AND FULL CREDIT/REFUND as I have tried to use this only once and the hot air brush - DID NOT GET HOT !. I WAS ADVISED BY MY HAIRDRESSER TO GET ONE OF THESE AS SHE USES IT ON MY HAIR IN THE SALON, SHE EXPLAINED I HAD TO BE CAREFUL AS IT GETS VERY HOT - WHICH THIS DID NOT EVEN REACH A LUKE WARM TEMPERATURE AND IN FACT MADE MY HAIR STRAIGHTER AFTR I HAD BLOWDRYED IT. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AS I WANTED TO TAKE IT AWAY WITH ME LAST WEEKEND. PAULA KING”
