“Do Not Recommend for girlies with thick black Afro’s! Dull,Dry and Waxy Results! Even though as I am products are usually really well suited for 4c hair this ‘colour hair wax’ was a major disappointment. I have black 4c Afro/Caribbean hair and it really didn’t take nicely to this product, the colour was very dull and didn’t give a nice shade of red at all once I’d put it in my hair, plus after it had dried my hair felt very dry and waxy. That’s the only thing this product isn’t overselling, because it really is a very waxy product once it’s dried. My advice for my thick black 4c girlies stick with your natural curls/coils or take the risk and go all out and properly dye your hair cause this wasn’t worth the money or effort!!”
