“This product is really good and has worked well for me ever since I started using it quite a few years ago. However, you do have to continue to use it to maintain your brows. Upon my latest purchase the brush has been updated, very badly in my opinion, it's half the length as the old one and much wider. I find it less precise to use and more wasteful of an expensive product. That's why I will now rate as 4/5 stars not 5 as I would have previously.”

“I have been buying this product for years and always been happy with it and the results it produces, but when I opened this, the application brush looked like it had been broken in half, or thirds. This made me question whether or not it was a legitimate product. Very disappointing.”
