“Ordered this but was sent wrong item. The item i use regularly and good stuff, but this time customer service non existence,emailed last Wednesday 23rd April. Nobody has bothered to reply to me sent items back but now waiting for refund. original shampoo I wanted has gone up nearly £7.00. So not ordering again. Now this review has changed my rating from not likely to likely won't let me change it to what I want. Disgusted”
