“Great shampoo, shame about customer service. The offer of 2 pumps with two purchases of the duo packs was not very clear, so my pumps did not arrive. Customer service said that I should have entered a code, but I don't remember seeing one. Could have been a little more flexible, and sent them as a good will gesture, but they did not.”
