“This is THE best mascara on the market! I’ve spent years trying out every brand, from high end to drug store, & this one always comes out on top & is always the one I return to time & time again. It has to be the WATERPROOF mascara as it does not budge - no flakes or smudges at all ALL day long. The formula is fluid, so no clumps are created when applying, yet easily buildable for a more dramatic look. I simply love this mascara & always buy it in bulk as I’m petrified Max Factor might discontinue it!”
