“The shampoo and conditioner are absolutely fine but the service from Just the Look was not good. Waiting over a week to recieve half of my order, when I emailed to find out where the rest was they told me that they had already emailed me to say the items were unavailable. No apology or alternative were offered. Don't think I'll be using them again”
