“I am very unhappy with my purchase, I have contacted the website directly to make a complaint, but am yet to receive a response. The shampoo and conditioner smell good, but thats as far as the positive feedback goes. When I was applying the conditioner, it did not "feel right" I could tell straight away that it wasn't going to be as effective as my usual Wella Professionals products. I wanted to give a fair trial to the Tigi Bedhead, seeing as I had been a huge fan of their products before they became so commercial. Five minutes after application of the conditioner, I rinsed with Luke-warm water as usual. When I went to comb my wet hair, it was tangled and a mess. I persisted using a detangling comb, but during blowdrying it kept getting very knotty, my hair has never felt so dry - this is supposedly a tween product for chemically treated hair to prevent breakage - however I have never experienced such breakage. I am disgusted. I ended up covering my hair in hair oil, and clipping it back to dry naturally, the following day I re-washed with my usual products and my hair thankfully went back to its normal soft and healthy self, although evidence of the breakage is apparent.”
