“OPI start to finish is great what a brilliant idea to combine two products into one. Start to finish acts as a base and also protect your natural nail. Start to Finish is also a top coat sealing and volleying the look with an amazing gloss, it is good also fir using for slight smudges if your nail polish isn't quite dry by putting another coat of Start to Finish over the smudge it smooths it out making it look flawless.”
