“I've used SBC before so know the quality and ethos of the brand. This armica gel is lovely to use, warm and comforting after a day of standing at work. Use on my ankles and calf muscles and have also tried on my shoulder which was injured 5 months ago. Definitely helps me to get to sleep at night as the pain seems to be less after using the gel could be a placebo affect but it's working for me so will continue to use and recommend. Love JML for choice and price always good!”
