“Concentrator attachment very difficult to attach on first use. It does not 'slide in' as the instructions state. After the first use, I see the 'Hot' setting is not as hot as I have experienced with other hairdryers so styling is not to the same level. Weight and design of hairdryer is good and feels professional, not cheap.”

“Fantastic hairdryer. Great replacement for my ETI. Powerful and quiet. Nice long cable and not too heavy. My hair is very shiny when I blow dry and not as much need to straighten my hair.”
