“I have fine thin menopausal hair. I’ve tried mousses and heat protection sprays. All of which are either too heavy making, my hair stiff, or do nothing, leaving my hair fluffy and frizzy. This setting spray keeps it soft, shiny and manageable, but it does not turn my hair fluffy and frizzy if I’ve been in the wind. I won’t use anything else now”

“I’ve tried so many styling sprays and creams over the years promising frizz control and heat protection but I always come back to this and use on top of any other conditioning leave in cream I have. It keeps my hair smooth and helps with frizz control when I go out. It’s such good value but just doesn’t look anything special. But I love it. It suits my fine frizz prone over coloured hair brilliantly. The title of it reminds me of my 80 year old mother when she sets her hair in rollers but if it was called blow styling spray or smoothing heat protector spray it might sell better. But please don’t stop making it. It’s such good value. I do use good shampoo and conditioner though which might help too. The Aveda Botanical range.”
