“I’ve a mix of white hair and light blond dyed ends and have been using silver shampoos and colour depositing masks to blend the difference but they do obviously fade out over a few washes. I saw this mousse and thought it was worth trying for a refresh when I don’t have time to apply a coloured mask. I was actually pretty impressed. I didn’t read the instructions properly and actually applied to dry hair the first time and it worked really well, turning the blond ends ashier and brightening the white roots with a faint lavender colour. Doesn’t leave my hair sticky or stiff either. My hair is wavy and I don’t blow dry so can’t comment on how well it functions as a styling mousse but I like the effect on my colour and might even try some different shades as these are inexpensive and it will always wash out if I don’t like the colour!”
