“Product arrived promptly. Brand new and pleased with the look and feel of the product. However missing extra clips which is vital to the type of haircut I often get. Emailed 48 hours ago to ask for the missing clips to be sent out asap but I've not heard a response and I desperately need a haircut. Disappointing.”

“Very happy with the product. However, extremely disappointed with the delivery times, it states only the website up to 3 working days via Royal mail 48 however it was delivered a full week later. So it seems my order was processed very late”
