“I have frizzy wavy/ curly hair naturally thats been straightened for years! I colour at home. I used olaplex 3 on clean damp hair ,4 hours under a shower cap to keep it damp, shampood/ conditioner after then left to air dry. My hair is soft and I can see definite improvement in the health of the hair. My hair is quite fine and bra strap length and I used just over quarter of the product which drenched it nicely but I may try more product and longer timing next time. Very happy with it though and I'd recommend it.”
